Vine is an app fore almost all tablets and phones with cameras.

Once you have a vine account, you can post a vine video. Here are the steps.

Step 1. Create a vine account.

Step 2. Tap the video camera icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 3. Find something that you want to record.

Step 4. Hold down your finger on the screen.

Step 5. Record your video.

Step 6. Hit the arrow button or just wait for all 7 seconds of recording time to be up.

Step 7. Hit the check button.

Step 8. Hit the done button.

Step 9. View your Vine.

Step 10. Like your vine
